FIRMING ULTRASOUND

HIFU therapy (high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy) is a procedure in which ultrasound waves are used to stimulate the body’s natural healing response and promote tissue regeneration.

The therapy is carried out using a special device that emits high-intensity ultrasound waves in a precise and focused manner on a specific area of the skin: the so-called superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS). This is a type of connective tissue fiber plate that connects the (facial) muscles with the overlying skin.

HIFU treatment is offered in our practices in Baden-Baden and Stuttgart .

Preparation for the treatment

Sun-tanned or acutely sun-damaged skin cannot be treated, which is why care must be taken to avoid sunbathing for at least two weeks before the treatment. Aggressive chemical exfoliants, which can irritate the skin, should also be avoided.

Side effects

As with any medical treatment, HIFU therapy can also have side effects. These can include redness, swelling, itching or burning of the skin.

Post-treatment

It is also important to avoid sun exposure after HIFU therapy. The body’s healing powers also benefit when alcohol is avoided. The liver, which takes on a large part of the “cleansing work”, should not be put under additional strain by the breakdown of alcohol. As the skin may be a little tight and itchy after the treatment, it is important not to give in to the urge to scratch. Also make sure you have a sufficient water supply.

Pregnant women / nursing mothers

HIFU treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not recommended.

Other

The results of HIFU therapy take time. The body only begins to work and regenerate after the treatment. Therefore, the result can only become visible after 2-3 months. Conscientious aftercare is also crucial for a good result. It is therefore essential that you take our recommendations to heart. Depending on the initial situation, 2-3 sessions may be necessary to achieve the best possible result.

ULTRASONIC WAVES FLUSH OUT FAT

The waves penetrate the skin without damaging it and heat the underlying tissue – especially the SMAS.

This causes the tissue to contract, making it firmer and stimulating collagen production. In addition, stubborn fat deposits can be targeted and dissolved by the ultrasound waves.

In aesthetic surgery, the SMAS is the place where, for example, a facelift occurs. By “tightening” this tissue structure, the appearance is significantly rejuvenated.

In contrast to invasive surgical procedures, HIFU therapy generally requires little to no downtime and is safe and effective.

Dank Herrn Dr. Yildirim habe ich nun endlich meine Wunschlippen.Ein Termin bei ihm startet mit einem mustermäßigen Empfang. Man bekommt Getränke (Wasser, Saft, Kaffee) und aktuelle Lektüre geboten. Eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und Atmosphäre ebenfalls.Herr Dr. Yildirim begleitet einen ins Behandlungszimmer und nimmt sich im Vergleich zu anderen Ärzten in der Beautybranche, viel Zeit. Mir kam es so vor, als möchte er genau verstehen, was sich der Kunde wünscht, um genau das umzusetzen. Mit ihm kann man wirklich gut reden und ich habe sogar ein iPad bekommen, mit einem Foto meiner Lippen, wo ich einzeichnen konnte, was und welche Form ich mir wünsche.Nun, nach der gestrigen Nachkontrolle bei ihm, wo der letzte Feinschliff gemacht wurde, bin ich sehr sehr zufrieden.Er hat geschafft, was andere Ärzte und Heilpraktiker nicht geschafft haben.Also: Preis und Wartezeit für einen Termin bei ihm lohnen sich zu 100%. Ich bereue es sehr, dass ich nicht bei meiner allerersten Behandlung direkt zu ihm gegangen bin. Sehr professionell, war hier zur Korrektur von Fremdarbeit bei Dr. Bourgla. Man fühlt sich hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Keine extrem lange warte Zeiten für einen Termin und auch vor Ort kein langes warten. Sie hat sich unglaublich viel Zeit genommen und sehr gut aufgeklärt. Ihre Arbeit ist super, auf jeden Fall jeden Cent wert. Ich werde öfters kommen und die Praxis weiterempfehlen.
