Hardly any face is completely symmetrical. And that’s a good thing. If an artificial symmetry is created via computer, the face appears alienated, not human and not beautiful. Asymmetries are therefore intentional and completely natural. In rare cases, however, the asymmetry can be too pronounced, so that the aesthetic balance of the face is tilted and leads to a disadvantage.
Facial asymmetry can be caused by a variety of factors, including genetics, trauma, aging and developmental issues. It manifests itself in uneven facial features such as the eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips and jawline. In such cases, self-esteem can suffer. That doesn’t have to be the case! Our aim is to restore balance and symmetry, taking into account individual differences to achieve a natural and harmonious appearance.

This takes place in a detailed consultation.
Depending on the underlying causes and the desired result, the corrections can range from subtle adjustments to more extensive interventions. Surgical intervention may be advisable for particularly severe asymmetries.
METHODS FOR THE CORRECTION OF FACIAL ASYMMETRIES
Dermal fillers such as hyaluronic acid create volume and restore balance to the face. Through targeted injections, fillers can correct asymmetries by filling in missing volume in areas such as cheeks, temples or lips.
Botulinum toxin (Botox®): Botulinum toxin is used to relax certain facial muscles, reduce dynamic wrinkles and improve facial balance. By targeting the muscles that cause asymmetry, Botox can be used to achieve a more balanced facial expression.
