As always, age is to blame. Well, not always. But bags under the eyes do develop over time. Sometimes, however, they are also due to genetic factors or an unhealthy lifestyle with little sleep, an unbalanced diet and alcohol consumption.

DEFINE THE CAUSES
If bags under the eyes develop with age, this is usually caused by sagging of the lower eyelid muscles. As a result, the ocular fat protrudes and forms an unsightly tear sac.
As the skin under the eyes is very thin and the subcutaneous fatty tissue slowly recedes, this development can be seen immediately.
It is important to differentiate between supposed bags under the eyes and swelling of the lower eyelid, which tends to occur in the morning. Lying down at night leads to water retention in the tissue of the lower eyelid. The swelling usually subsides slowly after getting up.
Massage techniques such as Gua Sha, lying in an elevated position and sufficient exercise help with this form of temporary bags under the eyes.
HYALURONIC ACID SMOOTHES!
The “real” bags under the eyes can be optically concealed by injecting hyaluronic acid. The injection is not made into the body of fat, but around it in the so-called lacrimal groove.
The surrounding tissue is thus adapted to the slight elevation and the bags under the eyes disappear as a result of this. As the eye area is very sensitive, it is very important to inject only as little hyaluronic acid as necessary.
The final result can only be seen after about 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, we carry out a follow-up check and make any necessary adjustments.
Small bumps and swelling can occur after injecting the bags under the eyes. This usually disappears after a few days.
